Join us for Hamilton’s Holiday Tree Lighting in Gore Park! This festive evening will be filled with holiday cheer, free family activities, and the joy of giving back to the community. Here’s what event attendees can expect:
🎅👑Meet and Greet with Santa and ice princesses: Meet Santa, Elsa + Anna and snap a memorable holiday photo.
🎶Live Music: Soak in the festive sounds of talented musicians playing holiday music live on site, the perfect soundtrack to the night’s festivities.
🍬Sweet Treats: Enjoy fresh maple taffy and peppermint bark, both delicious treats that are sure to bring a smile to everyone’s faces.
📸Photo Opportunities: Gore Park will be decorated for the holidays, make sure you grab plenty of photos as mementos of the night’s festivities.
✨ Tree Lighting Countdown: Find your spot with a great view of the tree at 7 PM for the highly anticipated countdown as we light the tree, illuminating Gore Park and kicking off the holiday season in Hamilton.
🎠 Free Carousel Rides: Take a spin on the Christmas carousel! Rides are free from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on December 5th and continue daily from December 6th to December 15th, noon to 8:00 PM. Riders over 100 lbs are asked to stand beside children or use the carousel benches, ensuring everyone can ride safely.
This event is in support of the Christmas Tree of Hope program, which raises funds to support local children’s charities. Learn more about how this wonderful program makes a difference here.
